SENIOR ACCOUNTANT As a key finance team member, you will take ownership of all accounting and regulatory processes, contributing to the internalisation and structuring of financial operations SENIOR ACCOUNTANT My client is a well-established investment structure supporting Belgian SMEs through long-term partnerships. Thecompany manages a diversifiedportfolioofoperationalentities and strategic acquisitions. SENIOR ACCOUNTANT As a new Senior Accountant, your main tasks will be: Oversee all aspects of accounting (AZ) and regulatory reporting (BE GAAP) Supervise the GL and analytical accounting Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Prepare and submit tax and social declarations Ensure fiscal optimization and compliance Monitor cash management and treasury flows Prepare financial reports for the board and external stakeholders (BNB, tax authorities, auditors) Participate in M&A processes Manage intra-group transactions and support future consolidations Collaborate closely wuth the team & support the internal growth of the group SENIOR ACCOUNTANT The candidate I'm looking for: You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit (Big 4 or consultancy background appreciated) You are Bilingual French/Dutch You are highly structured, analytical, and solution-oriented Able to thrive in a demanding and intellectually stimulating environment Proficiency with Odoo or similar ERP is a strong asset You are autonomous and able to build & manage all accounting responsibilities SENIOR ACCOUNTANT The salary package includes: Permanent contract with annual gross salary in line with your experience Flexible working hours and 1 day remote per week Mobility budget up to the legal maximum Profit-sharing bonus equivalent to 2 months salary (after 1 year) A stable and high-performing team culture with low turnover Newly created role: opportunity to shape your own position and bring strategic value Concrete long-term growth Optimization, Consulting, ODOO, Tax, Transaction Support, Big 4, Solution Oriented, Audit, Bilingual, Social declarations, Asset, Consolidation, GAAP, Financial reporting, Team support, Accounting
