Accounting Manager (Internal Job position)

Randstad Mexico, a consulting company is looking for her/his next: ACCOUNTING MANAGER The ideal candidate will analyse the Accounting Information to lead the company. Main activities Preparation of financial statements Reporting preparation of financial statements, assisting in financial and tax audits Monthly and quarterly preparation of accounting and financial reports for Mexico board and Randstad's Headquarters Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives Identify and propose internal or external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand Responsible for preparing information for actuarial consultants. Experience as financial controller desirable Preparation of information for vendors so they could obtain studies regarding transfer pricing Implementation and follow up of accounting controls Competences Results-driven Effective organization and planning Effective communication skills, both, written and orally Team leadership Critical thinking Hands-on approach Compliance-oriented Qualifications Bachelor's degree as Public Accountant with professional license in this bachelor of science At least 7 years of experience working in accounting teams and at least 3 of them in Accounting firms in audits Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish Able to communicate in English, both, written and in speaking Ability to manage multiple priorities Knowledge of Accounting programs for mid-sized companies (not Oracle or SAP needed); previous management of Hyperion would be helpful. Experience in local and foreign intercompany relations in terms of balance confirmation for allocation costs Experience with criteria in Mexican accounting standards and tax laws, and knowledge of international accounting standards. Knowledge of tax matters needed (although not the first responsible of tax calculation) Experience in evaluating and implementing internal controls - providing evidence to headquarters.
