Within ASTRA Sales team we are looking for a Sales Administrator Specialist “manufacturing passionate" 6 months interniship in order to support the assigned tutor within the following activities: Customer Master Data and Contract Management: Registering new customers in the system and drafting sales contracts. Order Entry and Profit & Loss Verification: Entering orders into the company system and verifying their impact on the profit and loss statement. Purchase Request (RDA) Management: Drafting Purchase Requests for post-production processing and setups, and subsequent authorization for supplier payments (BEM). Invoicing and Shipping Documentation: Preparing invoicing and shipping documents. For international shipments, also managing vessel booking requests. Customer Communication: Maintaining correspondence with Italian and international clients regarding order status, shipments, and deliveries. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving orientation. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English .
