Lead MuleSoft Developer - Anypoint Platform

About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Lead MuleSoft Developer to join our team on a short-term engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead MuleSoft integration initiatives and contribute to enterprise-level API and connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work independently on-site in Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft-based APIs and integrations. - Drive end-to-end solution architecture using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Oversee development teams and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance on best practices, performance tuning, and security implementation. - Conduct architecture discussions and contribute to strategic integration planning. - Engage directly with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project Skills & Qualifications : - 10 years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 4 years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience. - Proven experience as a Technical Lead on MuleSoft projects. - Expertise in API-led connectivity, RAML design, DataWeave, and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. - Strong understanding of integration patterns, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs. - Experience leading and mentoring development teams. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in an on-site setting (ref:hirist.tech)
