Thermoset Process Engineer

Responsibilities Experience leading operational improvements in a manufacturing organization, Pilots organization and implementation, industrial studies.​ Ability to work independently and to lead and coordinate team members . ​ Proficient in resuming or condensing a lot of information in comprehensive short presentations, data analysis. Problem solving and organizational skills.​ Availability to travel to different plant locations and work with the local people.​ Ability to negotiate with different Departments or Entities which sometimes will have conflicting interests in regard the Project. ​ Cross-Cultural Resourcefulness and flexibility to changing priorities, as well as ability to work effectively with short deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Termo-dynamics, applied physics, Organic chemistry) or Applied Material; additional master or PhD is a plus​ 5-10 years of experience in Process Improvement & Projects Management, with high level of demonstrated technical proficiency and aptitude (ie: problem solving skills, scientific methodology, statistical analysis, Six sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement experience as green or black belt. etc.)​ Fluent English language as a must.
