Main Challenges: Coordinate production staff activities to meet manufacturing plans and deadlines. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and industrial hygiene regulations. Monitor production times, material usage, and process efficiency. Identify deviations in the production process and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and HR departments to ensure operational continuity. Prepare production reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, etc.). Train operational staff in processes, regulations, and best practices. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies related to safety and the environment. Requirements: Bachelor's Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 6 years of experience in similar positions. Production processes and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Quality and safety standards (ISO, HACCP) Continuous improvement tools (Lean, 5S) Team coordination, problem-solving, organization, and communication English Advanced Level.
