Job Description
Customer Service Manager – Supply Chain Objective: Ensure efficient coordination between customers, internal teams, and external suppliers to provide exceptional service and on-time product deliveries . Oversee the entire order management process while optimizing supply chain operations and driving customer satisfaction . Key Responsibilities: Order & Customer Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, deliveries, and product availability. Oversee the entire order-to-delivery process , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment. Supervise and ensure the correct update of the backlog according to the commercial area’s schedule. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations related to orders or deliveries. Operational Coordination & Supply Chain Support: Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and smooth operations. Monitor and control inventory levels , identifying potential supply issues and providing timely solutions. Ensure compliance with company policies for returns, cancellations, equipment purchases, and freight payments . Performance Monitoring & Process Optimization: Prepare and analyze customer service KPIs , delivery performance metrics, and customer satisfaction reports. Ensure the company meets its monthly and annual invoicing targets , based on the Original Budget – Revised Budget – Final Forecast . Team Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and motivate the Customer Service team , fostering a customer-centric and results-driven culture. Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). ✔ 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within supply chain operations . ✔ Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory management . ✔ Experience in managing or leading teams , with a focus on performance and continuous improvement. ✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills . ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
