Hays Mexico is seeking a motivated and organized Delivery Junior Analyst to join our Enterprise Solutions team. This junior position is ideal for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, who are looking to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels and platforms. Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling. Interviews: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for mid-level positions. Candidate Delivery: Present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Project-Based Recruitment: Handle mass recruitment projects for various markets and industries across Mexico. Requirements: Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. Language Skills: Advanced Spanish, Portuguese proficiency and Conversational English. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in candidate evaluation and documentation. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collective goals.
