Asset Management Analyst - SGR Real Estate

Location: Vaprio d'Adda, Italy Company: Risorse Professional, a company specializing in the search and selection of Middle & Senior Management personnel, for a leading Real Estate SGR in Milan, is seeking: Position: [Job Title] The candidate, reporting directly to the Team Manager, will be responsible for: Identifying and implementing real estate development strategies; Preparing business plans, cash flow analyses, scenario simulations for individual assets, and sensitivity analysis on portfolios or single assets; Coordinating Project Management, Property Management activities, and liaising with real estate agencies; Managing leasing activities and renegotiations of leased spaces, through internal Letting functions and external real estate intermediaries; Providing performance reports of assets in the portfolio; Supporting the Finance function regarding cost and revenue accounting of portfolios and variance analysis. Requirements: Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Economics; At least 3 years of experience in similar roles; Excellent knowledge of the English language; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Teamwork, proactivity, and problem-solving skills; Remuneration: Commensurate with the candidate's seniority; Workplace: Milan (possibility of smart working).
