About the job We’re seeking an Oracle Fusion Systems Analyst to work on the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in EMEA. As an RtR Oracle Fusion Systems Analyst, you will: Support and enhance Oracle Fusion in Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. Identify global system enhancements based on strategic and tactical business needs. Prepare accurate and detailed requirement and functional specification documents. Anticipate business needs by identifying system deficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Lead small project efforts end-to-end, as requested. Required Qualifications A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial applications implementation and support. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and support for the RTR workstream, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, ARCS, with at least one implementation. Knowledge of Tax, Statutory, Legal, and Language requirements related to Oracle support and enhancement. Experience with Fusion FBDI templates and related data loading processes. Proficiency in creating reports using Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI, FRS, SmartView, and basic SQL skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, MIS, or related field. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable — our core values. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in one of the ERP modules. CPA, CMA, PMP certifications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Excellent written and oral presentation skills. Ability to interpret client needs into requirements and solutions. Experience in designing and conducting end-user training.
