REAL ESTATE UNDERWRITING ANALYST

Social network you want to login/join with: We are looking to add a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the RE industry for our Real Estate Investment / Underwriting Team. Operational activities Analysis of new investment opportunities through the development of business plans and valuation. Business modeling and RE valuations to support investment decisions, overseeing external providers’ activities. Supporting the senior team by providing market analysis and preparing teasers and investment memoranda. Possibility to perform asset inspections and site visits. Cadastral and town planning analysis will be part of the activities. Technical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications. Experience with Sister AdE Platform is a plus, as well as knowledge of Visual Basic and CAD. Strong analytical, numerical, and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze reports and present findings to senior colleagues. Personal skills 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in RE valuation. Previous experience in Valuation/Advisory roles will be positively considered. Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Architecture (with a focus on Real Estate), or related fields. Excellent problem-solving, planning, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to guide and coach others in resolving complex problems. A teamwork attitude is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external clients at all levels.
