Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Software Test Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated systems to improve our production and testing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for production or testing processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate automated systems. Test, debug, and validate automated systems, ensuring reliability and standards compliance (including RTCA DO-330). Apply Measurement System Analysis (MSA) techniques to ensure measurement quality. Identify process improvements and propose innovative solutions. Create technical documentation, manuals, specifications, and test reports. Provide technical support and training to end users. Monitor and maintain automation systems, addressing malfunctions as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, or LabVIEW. Proficiency in designing, validating, and managing test setups. Familiarity with measurement tools like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters. Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in technical English (written and spoken). Team player with a can-do attitude and leadership potential.
