Job Opportunity: Web Application Developer Randstad Digital Talent Services, a division specialized in ICT profile recruitment and selection, is currently seeking a Web Application Developer for an innovative software house and a leading research institute in price intelligence and qualitative research. The selected candidate will join the systems development team and will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating web and management applications for both clients and internal company needs. Responsibilities: Coordinate the development and maintenance of web applications. Design, develop, and ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications. Define software architectures and ensure the adoption of best practices. Collaborate with internal teams and other business areas involved in projects. Contribute to process optimization through workflow and delivery management tools already in place. Document solutions and propose innovative technologies. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical diploma. Previous experience in a similar role and managing application development projects. Excellent knowledge of relevant technologies (please specify technologies if known). Ability to coordinate development teams. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Details: Location: Rome – hybrid working mode to be defined during the interview. Employment: Direct hire with a permanent contract. Salary Range: up to €45,000 RAL.
