Description Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in manufacturing, quality, R&D, automation, and maintenance. Source and assess candidates through interviews, CV screening, and technical evaluations. Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies. Conduct business development to expand your client portfolio. Write and publish job advertisements tailored to specific roles. Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates. Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes. Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM system. Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices. Profile Degree from an engineering school or experience in a technical environment. Strong interest in recruitment and commercial activities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fluent in French and English. Strong organizational and time management skills. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
