Corporate Counsel, AWS Legal Infrastructure, Network Connectivity Amazon's Legal Department is seeking a talented commercial lawyer based in Singapore for the position of Corporate Counsel - Network Connectivity . This role supports Amazon Web Services (AWS), a rapidly growing business within Amazon.com, specializing in cloud computing and infrastructure services. The attorney will support AWS's network infrastructure deployment in APAC, managing complex subsea and terrestrial network transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, and providing regulatory and compliance advice. Additionally, the role involves developing process improvements, advising on legal issues in existing relationships, and handling pre-litigation disputes. Some domestic and international travel may be required.
