You will play a pivotal role, working with programme stakeholders to drive digital transformation and technology strategy. You will lead initiatives to enhance engineering productivity and support DBS's digital leapfrogging efforts. Responsibilities The selected candidate will manage key initiatives led by SRE, including: Managing the delivery of assigned projects Collaborating with programme managers and cross-disciplinary teams to develop, prioritize, and execute plans Facilitating project meetings to identify and resolve issues Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards Preparing status reports by analyzing relevant information Establishing and executing effective communication plans Coordinating with teams to schedule and communicate changes impacting users Developing user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for successful implementation Tracking project financials Requirements Minimum 10 years of solid IT experience with domain knowledge in financial institutions Experience in implementing large programs using Agile methodology Knowledge of latest technologies such as application development, DevSecOps, Cloud, and AI/ML, and their business applications Excellent analytical and communication skills Strategic thinking with a broad perspective on issues Hands-on project management experience Ability to interact effectively with all management levels Dependability, responsibility, and reliability Adaptability and flexibility to change Cooperative attitude and good interpersonal skills Stress tolerance and ability to handle criticism calmly Integrity and ethical standards Concern for others and understanding of their needs Leadership qualities and willingness to take charge Persistence in overcoming obstacles Strong analytical thinking skills Initiative and willingness to take on challenges Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognizes your achievements.
