Role Overview Cyber Incident Response and Management (CIRM) is part of the Global Information Security (GIS) Response and Recovery (R&R) Team. The Incident Manager coordinates response and recovery activities for information security incidents, collaborating with response partners, determining root causes, and working with stakeholders to contain and remediate incidents. Critical thinking, investigative skills, and effective communication are essential. Responsibilities Oversee information security events and incidents, communicating analysis, containment, and remediation efforts. Maintain incident response and recovery plans; escalate issues timely with relevant information on risk and actions. Provide status updates and post-incident reports to executives and stakeholders in non-technical language. Manage risk, briefing and recommending actions to leadership on events and incidents. Participate in a global 24/7 rotation, working weekends and holidays as required. Required Skills Minimum 2 years in an operations-focused Information Security role. Experience analyzing, investigating, and containing cybersecurity incidents. Strong analytical, tactical, and critical thinking skills with an investigative mindset. Ability to lead technical discussions to determine root causes and containment strategies. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Proficient in incident reporting, response procedures, and post-incident analysis. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of vulnerabilities, exploits, malware, and digital forensics. Experience improving incident response processes. Security or equivalent certification within 6 months. Working hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM SGT (DST) or 9:00 AM to 5 PM SGT (non-DST), with on-call rotation. Desired Skills Familiarity with NIST CSF, IR Lifecycle, NICE frameworks. Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain. Experience in malware analysis and digital forensics. Advanced certifications like CISSP, GCIH, or CISM are desirable. Degree in Digital Forensics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred. J-18808-Ljbffr
