Job Opportunity: Help Desk Applicativo Join our team at Grafton ICT, specializing in AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ERP & CRM, Systems and Infrastructure, IMAC, and Development. We are seeking a Help Desk Applicativo for a leading company in the production of tools for the food sector. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain corporate applications Manage and resolve IT incidents related to application use and networks Identify and resolve hardware and software issues Oversee backup systems Participate in designing architectures for new services Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma or degree in Computer Science, or equivalent field experience At least 1 year of help desk experience Knowledge of Active Directory and Domain Controller Basic understanding of virtualized servers and networks Proactivity, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills Basic SQL knowledge is a plus but not mandatory Additional Details Work Hours: In-person, 9:00-18:00 Location: Padova and province Contract Offer Permanent contract with direct hiring by the client company Competitive salary, benefits, welfare, and growth opportunities If you believe you have the right skills and attitude, please submit your application!
