The job holder oversees the scope of Maintenance & Reliability within the Site Engineering function. Incumbent will report to Head of Site Engineering and Maintenance in our new Modulus plant. Main responsibilities Overall plant reliability, advocate for site reliability program Maintenance value, cost effectiveness, safety Spare parts and service provider management Continuous improvement and efficiency opportunities Calibration and periodic qualification programs Responsible for staffing (talent, sizing, performance) Responsible for reliability strategy and processes (FMEA, RCA, CAPAs) Responsible for workflows for work order management Responsible for reliability input for projects, LTAP input to CAPEX plan Responsible for identification of reliability/maintainability/HSE improvements HSE performance (injury rates, near misses, pSIFs) Equipment & facility reliability (including financial impacts) Compliance (deviations, CAPA, change ctrl, training) Site maintenance spend (budget, headcount, parts, services) Standard work order and reliability engineering metrics About You Skills & Experience Engineering degree or equivalent (advanced/MBA preferred) People manager skills (talent, performance, development) Training or certification in maintenance/reliability/metrology Budgeting and financial control Strategic planning and objectives management null
