Oracle EBS Consultant - Implementation & Integration

Key Responsibilities : - Serve as a Technical Lead for Oracle EBS (or Fusion) Projects module implementations, with experience in at least two end-to-end projects in a lead capacity. - Act as an extremely hands-on architect, capable of independently building complex integrations and technical solutions. - Guide and mentor the development team on effective debugging techniques and best practices. - Design, develop, and maintain robust extracts, data conversion scripts, and comprehensive reporting solutions specifically for the Oracle EBS Projects module. - Implement and manage integrations between Oracle EBS Projects and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. - Utilize strong expertise in SQL to identify, analyze, and address performance issues in complex SQL queries and database operations. - Optimize technical solutions for scalability, efficiency, and reliability within the EBS environment. - Provide expert-level technical guidance and troubleshooting for critical issues related to Oracle EBS Projects, data, and integrations. - Ensure adherence to technical standards, coding guidelines, and project methodologies. - Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Required Skills & Experience : - 8 to 12 years (up to 15 years acceptable) of strong experience in Building extracts, data conversion scripts, and reporting and integrations on EBS Oracle Projects module. - Mandatory expertise in Oracle EBS, specifically within the Projects (PPM) module. - Mandatory Strong experience in addressing performance issues in SQL queries. - Should have experience in at least two end-to-end implementations as a Technical Lead for Oracle EBS (or Fusion PPM) Projects module. - Proven ability to be extremely hands-on and capable of building complex integrations independently. - Experience in guiding teams on effective debugging of technical issues. - Strong understanding of Oracle database concepts and PL/SQL. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred (Bonus) Skills : - Experience with Oracle Fusion PPM. - Knowledge of other Oracle EBS modules and their integration points. - Familiarity with Oracle development tools (e.g., Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow). - Experience with cloud migration or hybrid cloud environments.
