In this role, you will work among engineering teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions. We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development, management, and optimization of bots using UiPath. This role involves working across a range of use cases, including data entry, navigation within applications and third-party sites, virtual payments, records systems, and reporting automation. ON-SITE POSITION! Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco Responsibilities: Diverse Use Cases : Lead the development and management of bots for various use cases such as data entry, navigating within applications and third-party sites, performing virtual payments, handling records systems, and automating reports. Backlog and Optimization : Work with the Apex team to address the backlog of new bot/workflow development and optimize existing bots to enhance their performance and efficiency. Attended and Unattended Bots : Develop and manage both attended and unattended bots, with a focus on reducing manual intervention. Scale Variability : Handle a wide range of data volumes and user interactions, depending on the specific use case. API Operations : While some API operations are involved, the primary focus is on bots interacting with applications and systems of record, minimizing manual processes. The role does not involve building API integrations. Technologies : Bots interact with ERPs, homegrown applications, content management systems, and other enterprise systems, all within UiPath. Complex Workflows : Develop complex workflows, including loops and condition handling, to address diverse and complex requirements. Testing and Deployment : Responsible for testing and deploying bots using UiPath capabilities, without the use of third-party or proprietary frameworks and tools. Data Handling : Manage data contained within A360 without routing from on-prem or third-party data sources. SQL knowledge is beneficial but not required for routing data. CI/CD Pipelines : Use CI/CD pipelines, likely Jenkins, for deployments. Responsible for running deployments and troubleshooting bottlenecks, but not for setting up or optimizing pipelines. Qualifications: 7 Years of Proven Experience as RPA Developer: Demonstrated experience in developing and managing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, with a strong focus on quality and performance. UiPath : Extensive experience with UiPath. Development and Management of Task Bots : Proven ability to develop and manage Task Bots within the A360 environment. Complex Bots and Workflows : Ability to build complex bots and workflows within the UiPath. Testing and Deployment : Experience in testing and deploying own builds using UiPath capabilities English Proficiency Level C1 or Higher : Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
