Quality Engineer

This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance phases, the candidate should utilize data analysis to better understand quality reporting metrics and enhance processes. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and resolve problems, report losses, and drive continuous improvement Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting metrics Participate in internal and external quality audits Skills and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering 6 years of industry experience Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving Experience in personnel management Knowledge of refrigeration systems Interpretation of ISO 9001:2015 standard Certifications in Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or equivalent VDA 6.3 and 6.5 process auditor Bilingual Diversity and Inclusion With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
