Position Overview We are seeking a SAP Senior Plant Maintenance Consultant with strong technical and functional knowledge to design, implement, and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP configurations and enhancements. This role requires expertise in maintenance engineering processes, integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, P2P), and excellent communication with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze and understand business requirements to design and implement SAP PM solutions tailored to client needs. Configure and customize the SAP PM module to support business processes related to work orders, maintenance plans, and equipment management. Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize improvements to plant maintenance operations. Provide training and user adoption programs to ensure successful implementation and usage of SAP PM functionalities. Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including configurations, process flows, and procedures. Perform testing, configuration, and implementation of SAP PM enhancements and changes. Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM , FI , and P2P to ensure a seamless end-to-end process. Provide ongoing support and system maintenance to address issues and implement enhancements. Communicate and coordinate with multifunctional teams and stakeholders. Participate in process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean , Six Sigma , or tools like Azure DevOps . Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Solid experience in SAP PM implementation, configuration, and optimization. Strong understanding of maintenance engineering and work management processes. SAP PM Certification or equivalent experience, with emphasis on real-world business application . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with both technical and business stakeholders. Proficiency in technical English . Knowledge and experience with SAP ERP integrations across modules such as MM , FI , and P2P . Familiarity with Azure DevOps , Lean , or Six Sigma for process improvement. Ability to work in a dynamic environment handling multiple priorities. Experience with predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies. Experience with SAP S/4HANA (desirable) or SAP ECC with integration knowledge. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Why Join Us?
