Operations Sr Supervisor

We have an opportunity for a Operations Sr Supervisor in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, with high quality, and at the lowest possible cost. This role leads production teams, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. You Will: Supervise and monitor the production process, ensuring adherence to production schedules and standards. Lead daily operations by directing team leaders and operators, workplace organization, and process discipline. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as legal and internal training requirements. Analyze production performance data (KPI, yields, order closing) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets. Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to address equipment failures and product anomalies. Lead or participate in improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean). Manage procurement of production supplies and monthly order closings. Promote a culture of engagement and cross-training across the workforce. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering. 5 years as Manager in Manufacturing/ Production areas. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required (English and Spanish) Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean. Manufacturing concepts is preferred. Techniques for quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods. Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer!
