Immediate Interview & Hire, please apply No of role: 1 Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter) Employer: Pyramid Dynamics Work Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Work Type: Hybrid (3 days from office - Tues, Wed, Thurs) Education: Bachelor's Degree Language: English - Advanced - C1 level Spanish Portuguese is nice to have Required Skills: 2 to 4 years if strong recruitment background. 2 to 4 years of full life cycle recruitment experience (requirement clarification & understanding, sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer closing and onboarding) 2 to 4 years of strong expertise in following recruitment process and documentation. 2 to 4 years of successful experience being one of the top performers of the recruitment team. 2 to 4 of experience recruiting IT, professional candidates. Engineering/Manufacturing/Pharma/Healthcare recruiting is a huge plus. Excellent Communication Skills Great personality Good attitude Highly motivated. Staffing and Recruiting industry background. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition background. End to End Recruiting experience. Experience working with ATS. LinkedIn and Job Board experience. Strong experience with sourcing using various techniques but not limited to Boolean search strings. Technology Understanding is a huge plus.
