This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Banking & Finance Associate (2-4 PQE) to work on high-value, complex finance transactions outside of London while still benefiting from top-tier work and international reach. The Role Joining a top-ranked Banking & Finance team, you will work on a variety of transactions, including: ✔ Acquisition and leveraged finance ✔ Real estate finance ✔ Asset-based lending and trade finance ✔ Corporate lending and venture debt ✔ Syndicated finance transactions and cross-border deals The team regularly advises major banks, private equity firms, and corporates on both high-value syndicated transactions and smaller bilateral deals.
