Come and join the Evri Eurocentral team! As a Depot Night Shift Leader , you'll lead a dedicated team of PROs and Loaders, ensuring our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire excellence, foster a culture of safety, and drive performance that meets our high standards. Interested? We are looking for: Team Leadership: Organize and manage team rotas, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency. Operational Oversight: Monitor and report on shift performance, addressing any issues promptly. Safety & Compliance: Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols. Training & Development: Equip your team with the skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and effectively. Resource Management: Monitor productivity levels and manage resources to meet operational demands. Quality Control: Oversee the handling of mis-sorts, damages, and scanning compliance to meet client SLAs and KPIs. Security: Ensure the security of premises and goods through vigilance and adherence to company procedures.
