DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer - Azure cloud - up to £75k benefits Hampshire offices' flexible Hybrid working A growing Software product business requires a DevOps Software Engineer to join an Azure Cloud product team utilising Microsoft technology to support customers globally. The DevOps Engineer will join an experienced team in improving DevOps adoption and deployments on an Azure-based platform. This is a key position working with senior stakeholders, owning the DevOps processes internally. The company promote progression and training, but previous commercial experience in a SaaS / Azure environment is essential due to the seniority of the role, team leadership or mentioning experience are desirable. Their offices in Hampshire are commutable from Southampton, Basingstoke, Bournemouth areas with flexible hybrid working options - 1 day in the office per week on average. Responsibilities and include: Work closely with Head of Development and Senior Architects to plan and implement effective DevOps processes Utilise the Azure cloud platform for deployments - Azure Kubernetes Service, AKS Embed yourself in a software engineering team in a SaaS Product led business Implement CI/CD processes and manage pipelines – Azure DevOps Essential experience: Commercial DevOps experience in a SaaS environment working closely with software teams Strong Azure knowledge and experience – able to advise on relevant functionality and services Demonstrate driving DevOps adoption (formal ‘Lead’ experience not essential) Infrastructure as Code, IaC - Terraform, Bicep or similar Excellent communicator, able to work with all levels of a business and mentor junior team members Please apply to this advert or contact me via LinkedIn messenger.
