Chief Financial Officer - Dorset/ Hampshire Private Equity backed recurring revenue £150,000 - £180,000 Bonus Equity Ref: IH12419 A private equity-backed business based in Dorset, generating £50m in revenue and £10m EBITDA, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function as it prepares for an exit within the next two years. The business, which operates across the UK, France, Germany, and Spain, has successfully completed 8 bolt-on acquisitions since receiving private equity backing in 2023. The CFO will play a crucial role in refining the financial strategy, managing the integration of recent acquisitions, and providing strategic financial insights to drive growth and operational efficiency. The role will involve overseeing financial operations across multiple regions, working closely with the private equity investors, and preparing the company for a successful exit, likely through a trade sale or secondary buyout. The CFO will lead a team of 6 finance professionals and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the business is optimally positioned for the exit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a senior finance leader in a private equity-backed environment, with a strong background in M&A, financial integration, and multi-jurisdictional management. Commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to drive value through data-driven decision-making are essential. Experience in managing cross-border operations, particularly in the UK, France, Germany, and Spain, is highly desirable.
