About the Role We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a hyper growth software consultancy in with offices in Norwich. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a strong work ethic , a passion for sales, and a background in B2B or B2C sales . You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth . What You’ll Be Doing Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound outreach. Consultative Selling – Understanding client needs and demonstrating how our software solutions can help their business. Pipeline Management – Maintaining an organised sales pipeline to maximise conversion rates. Collaboration – Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies. Achieving & Exceeding Targets – Meeting ambitious sales goals and earning uncapped commission . What We’re Looking For A natural communicator with strong written and spoken English . Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment . Resilient, driven, and self-motivated with a hunger to succeed. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple leads effectively.
