Location Glasgow, United Kingdom – Onsite support role. Note: This is a dispatch/backfill position with part-time hours based on need. ️ Language Requirements Fluent in English – both spoken and written. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality desktop and infrastructure support (hardware/software/OS issues). Deliver break/fix and desk-side support for desktops, laptops, printers, etc. Troubleshoot VPN, RDP, antivirus, and Windows OS issues. Support installation and maintenance of IT peripherals. Offer Smart Hands support for networking hardware (switches, routers, etc.). Assist with imaging and deployments via SCCM or equivalent tools. Handle incidents and coordinate with vendors and remote teams. Maintain ticketing systems, asset records, and ensure timely escalations. ‍ Ideal Candidate 2–4 years of experience in IT Desktop Support. Proactive and customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills. Capable of working independently in a dynamic onsite environment. Familiar with enterprise support tools, SCCM/imaging platforms.
