Job Description
HireForce is delighted to be working exclusively with a manufacturing group which is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller. In this role, you will oversee the finance function for a number of sites and manage a small team. Key Responsibilities: Presenting accurate and timely financial reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual) to management and stakeholders, including management accounts, statutory accounts, and regulatory filings. Developing, managing, and monitoring budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and variances. Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement and financial strategy. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), and internal policies. Managing cash flow, including accounts receivable and payable, to ensure optimal financial health. Developing and implementing financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes. Liaising with external stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Qualified Accountant, who has worked in simlair role in Manufacturing Strong initiative, organisational and time management skills.
