If this role could be a fit for you, apply today! Roles and Responsibilities: Is accountable for the delivery of the daily electrical maintenance activity. Is accountable for ensuring the Engineering Team Leaders and craftsmen have been given clear expectations on daily targets and that these targets are achieved. Will use Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Tools such as SPC, FMEAs, 5S and Lean Sigma structured problem solving techniques to drive improvements. Will ensure training needs are identified and training plans are delivered. Accountable for measurable improvement in equipment availability quarter on quarter to meet or exceed the daily throughput targets on each machine. Will innovate, develop, implement and monitor cost effective plant maintenance strategies that achieve business unit targets or better. Will innovate, develop and improve engineering practices to ensure equipment performance monitoring and control is effective Must provide technical expertise to restore operations in the event of unplanned failure, within and outside of normal working hours. Will lead relevant aspects of operational shutdowns for major maintenance and improvement works.
