CSA Supervisor

A leading international MEP contractor, delivering high-value engineering and construction solutions across the data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, and commercial sectors, currently looking for a CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) Supervisor to join the project team on a large-scale, mission-critical data centre development in Slough. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and safety, they are expanding their team to support continued growth across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role in the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of all CSA aspects of the project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team on a fast-paced, technically challenging build. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all on-site CSA works including concrete, steel structures, internal fit-out, and architectural finishes Manage and liaise with subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager and Construction Manager Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits Review method statements, risk assessments, and construction drawings Assist with planning and sequencing of CSA activities Provide leadership to ensure a strong safety culture is maintained on site Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the CSA discipline Previous experience on data centres or large-scale industrial/commercial projects Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, HSE legislation, and construction best practices Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors Excellent organisational, communication, and reporting skills Engineering or construction-related qualification desirable CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid certification preferred If you would like to apply for this position, please forward your CV to Meallagh using the email link provided.
