Senior Data Product Manager Up to £80,000 Benefits Midlands-based (Hybrid) Join a market leader in sustainable environmental services undergoing a major digital transformation. We’re looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to lead group-wide data strategy, unify siloed systems, and shape the future of data products across a complex, multi-division organisation. You’ll own the data roadmap, drive platform integration, and enable AI/ML capabilities—all while championing data as a key business asset. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the enterprise data product strategy Drive integration of ERP, CRM, HR, and other systems via modern API standards Transform raw operational data into curated, actionable insights Develop dashboards and reporting tools for compliance and business intelligence Lead governance, data ownership, and cross-business alignment Support AI and ML enablement across group divisions What You’ll Bring Experience in data product management, ideally with a data engineering background Strong understanding of Azure, Databricks, and modern data architectures (Data Mesh, DaaP) Proven success in building data strategies and delivering enterprise-scale integration Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for turning data into measurable business value Why Apply?
