The Product Portfolio & Programme Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising the portfolio of products across two core areas: Client Facing Applications, and CRM. Additionally, this role will involve overseeing the successful execution of related programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and transformation goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy that aligns with business objectives and market demands. Oversee the life-cycle of multiple products within front of house, ensuring they meet the needs of professionals and drive business growth. Manage and coordinate programmes related to the product portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather insights, understand challenges, and identify opportunities for product and programme enhancement. Lead cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, designers, analysts, and programme managers, to deliver high-quality product features and programme outcomes on schedule and within budget. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning. Monitor and analyse product and programme performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimise user experience and drive adoption. Support the business transformation initiatives by aligning product portfolio and programme management with the overall transformation goals. Candidate Profile: Extensive experience in product management and programme management or similar roles. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of products and oversee complex programmes, collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is advantageous. Experience in supporting business transformation initiatives is a plus.
