Senior Conduct Risk Monitoring Analyst

A personal lines insurer that is going through a continued period of growth is currently seeking a Senior Conduct Risk Monitoring Analyst. The firm are based in Essex and operate a hybrid working pattern. You will be in the office for 1 or 2 days a week, although there is some flexibility on this. You will join a growing compliance function and take responsibility for the Group conduct risk compliance monitoring programme. On a day-to-day basis, you will: Complete conduct related framework reviews Monitor adherence to the internal conduct regulatory control environment Identify conduct risks and assess their impact on the organisation Support the monitoring of customer outcomes Undertake thematic risk-based reviews Provide advice to business units on conduct-related matters To be considered for this role, you will need to have: A minimum of 3 years experience gained in an insurance compliance function Have worked on compliance monitoring projects A working knowledge of Consumer Duty requirements This role will pay between £50,000 and £65,000 dependent on experience. There is also a generous benefits package in place, including a discretionary bonus.
