The Role: This is a rare chance to take your first steps onto the developer side of the property world. Working closely with both the Land Director and Planning Director, you'll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities across live and pipeline care development projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience from the outset, with a strong support system to help you learn and progress quickly. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the planning process for new and existing care home developments. Assisting with site assessments, appraisals, and due diligence. Helping to prepare and submit planning applications. Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and external stakeholders. Tracking project progress and maintain key planning documents. Learning from experienced directors and contribute to team decision-making. Requirements: A keen interest in planning and development. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Relevant academic background (planning, property, geography, or similar). A full UK driving licence. Some experience (internship or junior role) in planning, land, or property. Knowledge of UK planning policy and development process.
