What Youll Be Doing: Leading and supporting a skilled workshop team day-to-day Diagnosing, servicing & repairing construction plant machinery (excavators, loaders, etc.) Providing mentorship & technical guidance to engineers and apprentices Ensuring workshop efficiency, safety, and top-tier service quality Using the latest diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & hydraulic faults What Youll Need: NVQ Level 3 in Plant, HGV, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering (essential) Strong hands-on experience with construction/heavy plant machinery Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions & electrics A proactive approach to leadership whether experienced or ready to step up Full UK driving licence & own tools Whats In It for You: Competitive pay bonus overtime London weighting (where applicable) 25 days holiday bank holidays 5% pension contribution life assurance Healthshield cash plan & wellbeing benefits Career development & internal training Supportive, high-performing team environment Join a company thats as committed to your future as you are.
