Head of Finance

Location: Mid Suffolk We’re seeking a commercially savvy Head of Finance with a strong track record of finance business partnering to join the leadership team of this heritage award-winning, privately owned business. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic and operational decision-making, promoting a continuous improvement mindset whilst leading and developing a high-performing finance function. Delivering clear insight, analysis and business intelligence to drive results, you’ll be instrumental in supporting company growth through informed financial leadership. Inspire and develop a high-performing finance team. Deliver robust forecasting, budgeting, costing and pricing insights. Provide clear, actionable business intelligence and financial analysis. Drive process improvement and financial discipline across departments. Manage financial activities, audits, and statutory compliance. Collaborate on business development and strategic planning. You’ll Bring : Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Proven experience in leading and nurturing team development, ideally within a manufacturing environment Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills, with collaborative and effective stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, mentoring and influencing skills. A passion for partnership, performance, and continuous improvement is key.
