Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for driving people-focused outcomes in complex business transformations? We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking professional services firm, playing a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy during mergers, acquisitions, and integrations. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of the firm’s growth journey, partnering closely with senior leadership, corporate development, and integration teams. Your mission: to ensure that people, culture, and change are seamlessly embedded into every stage of the M&A lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead the HR workstream across M&A projects, from due diligence through to post-deal integration. Provide strategic HR guidance to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and cultural values. Design and implement change management, communication, and workforce transition plans. Collaborate with Talent, Reward, Legal, and Finance teams to manage risk and ensure compliance. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting organisational design, leadership assessment, and cultural integration. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a senior HRBP role within a complex, matrixed organisation. Strong track record of leading HR initiatives in M&A, including due diligence and integration. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level. Commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
