This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and collaborative department handling a high-quality caseload across a range of commercial property matters. You will play a key role in advising a broad client base, including SMEs, developers, investors, and landlords/tenants, on a wide range of property transactions. Key Responsibilities Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters including sales, acquisitions, leases, landlord and tenant work, and development projects. Provide pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice to clients. Manage transactions from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development activities. Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and offices. Requirements Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2–6 years PQE (though we welcome applications from all experienced candidates). Solid experience managing your own commercial property caseload. Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. Proactive approach with excellent communication and client care skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
