Financial Manager

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CA(SA), CIMA) are highly advantageous. 810 years in financial management or accounting, preferably in manufacturing. Experience in financial reporting, audit management, tax compliance, and IFRS. Occasional local and international travel required. Responsibilities: Manage all financial accounting operations. Prepare and submit IFRS-compliant financial statements. Ensure accurate statutory submissions (VAT, PAYE, income tax, etc.). Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes. Analyze financial performance and recommend actions. Manage working capital and cash flow forecasting. Coordinate audits and ensure compliance. Enforce internal controls and data integrity. Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive margin improvements. Partner on pricing, inventory, and costing strategies. Lead ERP and reporting system improvements. Develop and manage the finance team.
