Project Description To continue fulfilling its regulatory and corporate tasks in the field of combating fraud, our client is relying on a new software solution that focuses on all types of fraud from account opening to payment processing. Data analysis and alert generation are carried out based on optimized procedures using AI/ML. The rules for identifying anomalies and testing are initially based on the "Digital Account Opening" process. The project aims to introduce and commission the new Fraud AI tool, including creating all project and operational documentation. We are looking for a Business Analyst Fraud AI who: Works independently in interdisciplinary, agile teams Analyzes compliance of specific data models and business mappings, especially in the fraud environment Creates and maintains documentation related to analytical services Designs and implements a simulation environment based on methodological changes on the big data inventory Creates technical test cases, executes them, and documents results (module and system integration tests) Analyzes and corrects technical and functional errors Creates documentation per client specifications for development projects Analyzes structures and business processes Creates and modifies risk models Prepares rough concepts and develops solution ideas Specifies and designs ETL processes Designs data standardization routines on the big data inventory Prepares project acceptance and production rollouts Creates test concepts, goals, and specifications Defines test and data requirements Prepares for technical acceptance Advises on rollout planning and supports production rollout Ensures quality assurance within the test environment Creates test documentation and manages error resolution Participates in and coordinates technical test programs Builds on error management and documents results Assesses dependencies before release and manages release processes The ideal candidate also possesses the following personal skills: Broad knowledge and practical application skills Ability to network knowledge and develop solutions independently Works independently with decision-making authority within framework Good technical and professional understanding Knowledge of system landscape interdependencies Results and goal-oriented focus High productivity and quality Lifecycle management expertise Experience in various project roles and coordination Strong decision-making, effort estimation, and assertiveness Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus WHAT WE OFFER Complex and innovative projects Dynamic, merit-based environment Professional growth plan Training and certification opportunities Welfare & Benefits system Flexible work options: smart working or full remote JOIN US Work location: Italy – remote working We have a remote working strategy designed to leverage the benefits of remote work for both employees and the company.
