Payroll Specialist (Addetto/a Paghe)

Job Location: Pescara, Italy Company : A company operating in the Tech sector, specialized in automating personnel management processes, is seeking a Payroll Specialist . Responsibilities: Complete payroll management for a portfolio of clients: processing pay slips, compliance with authorities, and mandatory communications; Direct assistance to assigned companies; Collaborate with the product team for continuous improvement of HR software; At least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing; Experience in autonomous client management; Good knowledge of the National Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL) for Commerce and Metalworking; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; Interest in HR process innovation and a proactive attitude towards change ; Gross annual salary (RAL) in the range of €24,000 to €27,000, to be evaluated based on experience; Daily meal vouchers worth €8; Fully remote work without territorial limits; Maximum organizational flexibility and goal-oriented approach; Real growth opportunities within an expanding environment.
