Position Summary This role involves coordinating and leading sales activities in the EU market, focusing on applications like corporate events, concerts, festivals, broadcasting, virtual applications, mainly for Rental and Staging LED products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies for assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and meeting sales targets. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships to expand sales. Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Establish annual industry business plans and target customer strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Travel daily to develop business, approaching rental/production companies, agencies, and professionals, and coordinate with distributors. Stay informed about new products and services relevant to customers. Gather and transfer feedback from field activities to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service insights. Prepare monthly and quarterly industry reports. Manage communication during project implementation with customers and HQ. Other Duties and Responsibilities Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for EU market activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in B2B sales & marketing or project management, preferably in AV industry. Over 3 years’ experience in projects related to this role’s markets, with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Effective leadership, project management, and communication skills. Strong client orientation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments. Language: Fluent in written and verbal German, English, Dutch, or Italian.
