Strategic Business Development Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the definition and continuous refinement of HVAC strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, as well as leading business development projects and strategic planning. Responsibilities: Define and implement business strategies, including sustainability initiatives, with a focus on long-term and annual planning, while proactively challenging the status quo and exploring alternative scenarios. Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis. Recognize inorganic growth opportunities and support active management of the business portfolio, leading potential inorganic projects. Develop partnerships and collaborations to strengthen the HVAC technology market position. Propose and lead strategic development projects for the business line and division. Ensure stakeholders understand the competitive and market landscape. Communicate the strategy effectively and oversee its systematic execution. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. Support cross-functional collaboration with business and corporate colleagues. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Who we are looking for: Preferably hold a degree in a relevant field of study. Have experience in the HVAC industry. Proven experience advising and leading stakeholders across OEMs and end users. Experience in business management or consulting. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and negotiation. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards shared goals.
