Permanent Business Developer, Friuli Venezia Giulia Location: Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy For our office dedicated to Permanent Recruitment services in Friuli Venezia Giulia, we are looking for a: Candidate Profile: with 1-2 years of experience in consultative sales of HR services (Permanent, Temporary Staffing, Training, or Organization). The resource will work, under the guidance of a Senior, on new business development focused on the Permanent line, through direct contact with companies, to activate R&S mandates and contribute to the correct positioning of the service. The activities include: Scheduling commercial appointments with client or prospect companies; Conducting visits with a consultative approach to support clients comprehensively in HR matters; Negotiating commercial agreements.
