Opex & Productivity Controller

Job Posting Title Opex & Productivity Controller The challenge We are looking for an Opex & Productivity Controller to join our Finance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for operational expense control, ensuring proper alignment between forecasts, budgets, and actual costs; collaborating with various departments to track expenditures, analyze variances, and support financial planning processes. The ideal candidate has experience in management control, knowledge of major ERP systems, and strong financial analysis skills. What you will do Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, working closely with budget holders to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy Expense Monitoring & Productivity Tracking: Track and analyze operating expenses, ensuring alignment with approved budgets. Identify and report on variances, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions. Monitor productivity KPIs across functions and collaborate with departments to drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports on OPEX, highlighting trends, variances, and areas of concern to management What you need to succeed Must have Education: Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Language: Fluent in English Other : Strong knowledge of SAP, financial reporting tools and excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Nice to have Knowledge of Power BI LI-MV1 Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
