About the role: As Maintenance Manager, you will develop and implement preventive maintenance solutions, ensuring prompt resolution of maintenance issues within a safety, lean, and green environment. You will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, lead the Maintenance Team, and support budget and strategic planning in collaboration with central teams. Responsibilities include: Ensuring safety rules are known and respected Defining maintenance strategies, guidelines, and objectives Planning and coordinating maintenance activities Guiding spare parts and equipment specifications for optimal availability Participating in equipment specifications and acceptance tests Creating and managing equipment master data Implementing lean maintenance management strategies Managing contractor strategies and sharing best practices Performing risk assessments related to maintenance Introducing and monitoring maintenance performance indicators Controlling maintenance costs within the budget Candidate profile: Technical Degree required Minimum 5 years in maintenance roles and 3 years in leadership Experience in safety and risk management Knowledge of lean management and maintenance tools Strong communication and presentation skills Location: Based at Electrolux main Food Preservation site in Susegana (TV), near Venice, engaging with various organizational functions to innovate in refrigeration technology.
